Last night at Court Ave was just about the most fun I've ever had out and about. "Good Will Rocking" was the funniest I've ever seen Will and I'm pretty sure everybody else at that bar loved it too. Everybody kept asking where Jean was... Kinda sad, but she'll be here next weekend!!

Tonight we're hosting a little soiree at our house. How much does it cost to rent a carpet cleaner?

My office was combined with Dana's today in what could possibly be an end to the best job I ever had. I wonder what the hell they're going to do about making money now?

I was told to start practicing the Drake Fight Song for the first meeting at AEGON. Would that scare the crap out of you too?

One simple scavenger hunt by Ernst and Young and I get a very positive feeling about working for that company. I worry about my wifey and how she'll cope with a year in Des Moines, then immediately moving to a bigger city, but we'll manage.

Besides, I'll be promoted immediately; I outperform everybody!

My battle with my jaw is subsiding. I thought I was talking too much, then I thought I was singing too much, then I thought I had the mumps. I'm not sure what it ended up being. I guess I don't care if it stops driving me nuts.

It's so nice out that I just want to grill and drink beer for the next month. Who's with me?

One test in the can! I've got a couple more big, crappy things to get through this week and then it's relaxation time.

The Bravos won their season opener today.. barely. I hope this isn't a sign of things to come.

I had a great Saturday. We woke up early and went to the humane society to play with some dogs and cats. I loved this little lab-esque mix that loved me back. It was heartbreaking to leave him, but I know there's no way he'll be there when I go back. That's a good thing, I guess.

We came home and changed then went to Panera. Never had it before, but it was all right. Guess I'm not a real deli sandwich kinda guy anymore, but it was pretty good for a girly restaurant.

We went shopping and I bought a belt that's reversable. It's pretty cheesy, but I think the black side looks nice.

We saw the late matinee of Ice Age 2. I liked it a lot more than the first one. There were only a couple uncomfortable moments in the theatre when a mom yelled at kids that weren't hers to shut up. Classy.

Then Jean bought me a steak! She got her income tax return money back and it was 10 times as much as I'm getting, so she spoiled me. It was so good...
